We currently offer the following varieties:

Cheese and Herb (12″,family-size)

Our first bread, this is both our most simple and most popular recipe. A blend of three cheeses and herbs.

Revolution (12″, family-size)

We call this one Revolution because it was the first recipe we made with tomato sauce. In addition to the sauce, we add caramelized onions, domestic mushrooms, our blend of fine cheeses, and herbs.

Here, house-cured sun-dried tomatoes, caramelized onions, domestic mushrooms, our cheeses, and herbs create a beautifully balanced recipe the gourmet in your house will adore.

Tomato Sauce and Three Cheese (12″, family- and 10″, individual-sizes)

This bread is inspired by the variety we regularly donate to the pediatric ward of our regional hospital. Offered in both individual and family sizes, with organic homemade tomato sauce, a blend of three cheeses, and herbs, this one pleases everybody.

With our homemade tomato sauce, four cheeses, red onion, Kalamata olive, garlic, and fresh rosemary, the Ionian Awakening showcases Mediterranian flavors.
